Firefox Extension to control .gif animation
by Harry Patsis
Control animation of .gif files via context menu. Note that the original developer has abandoned AniDisable; v.1.2 changes made for compatibility with later versions of Firefox.
Version 1.2, released on Apr. 27, 2008.
Works with:
| Firefox | 0.8+ - 3.0+ | ALL |
To Install: Save the file to a convenient location on your machine. From Firefox, go to File / Open and browse to find 'anidisable-1.2-fx.xpi'. Install and restart Firefox.
To Use: Right-click on a page and find AniDisable's context menu. You have the option of 'Normal' (gif cycles for eternity), 'Once' and 'None'. The page(es) will auto refresh after choosing. Enjoy!
